I’ve fallen in love with St. Louis since we moved here in 2017. The city is a perfect blend of just enough going on and not too busy. From the Cardinals and the Blues to the skyline-defining Gateway Arch, I love the downtown area–it’s the perfect location for a portrait session!

A Weekend in Chicago
A short trip to Chicago was the perfect way to experience the city for the first time! We hit the major sites and definitely left plenty to come back and visit next time. First up on my revisit list? All. The. Food. We were only there for a day and a half, so we spentContinueContinue reading “A Weekend in Chicago”
Northville Homecoming 2019
This group is always a blast, and homecoming photos were no different! Of course, we can’t forget the entourage–parents, siblings, grandparents, and friends!
Anthony & Justine
This gorgeous couple celebrated their first anniversary with a portrait session in Forest Park! Anthony was a college wrestler and Justine was such a good sport learning a few moves as we were finishing up! They’re so cute together, and we had so much fun enjoying a beautiful fall afternoon.
Northville Prom 2019
Prom is one of my favorite events every year. The dresses, the corsages, the cute couples and big groups of friends–it’s quintessential high school, and everyone loves to look their best! Katie and her friends were BEAUTIFUL and I’m so glad I was able to capture this evening for them! I’m not going to lie,ContinueContinue reading “Northville Prom 2019”
Banff, Canada
A quick four-day trip to Canada was the perfect way to celebrate Alex finishing his second year of medical school last summer! Banff is absolutely stunning.
Eliza & Zach & Freddie
You don’t need a special occasion to schedule a portrait session! I loved hanging out with Eliza, Zach, and Freddie the puppy in Forest Park. Who doesn’t love puppy cuddles??
Yoga in the Garden
When you have a yogi friend, you take yoga pictures–it’s just a perk of the job. I got to hang out in the Missouri Botanical Gardens for an afternoon with the wonderful, absurdly bendy Vivian Lee and my sweet friend Mattie while they showed off how crazy flexible they both are! In contrast, I struggleContinueContinue reading “Yoga in the Garden”
Jack: Class of 2018
Family is really important to me, so it’s always a joy to get to photograph relatives, especially my cousins. Jack graduated from Granville High School and is heading to the Ohio State Agricultural Technical Institute this fall. I’m so proud of him, and so impressed that he kept those cool white shoes spotless during ourContinueContinue reading “Jack: Class of 2018”
Med Ball 2018
With prom season in full swing and my flight to Detroit to photograph my sister’s junior prom booked for next week, I remembered to finally post photos from my “prom” experience this year. Medical schools typically host a black tie event for students and their guests (me!) each spring, which essentially boils down to adultContinueContinue reading “Med Ball 2018”
